How did the business start? 

“When I moved to Hunstanton, Stefania was with me from the very beginning. We started as strangers but have since built a strong, trusting friendship. I spotted the building for rent and immediately thought it would be perfect. Before I knew it, the idea started to snowball, and it’s continued to grow ever since. The name reflects our vision: ‘Derma’ for skin, and ‘Tonic’ for something that replenishes and supports—something good for you.”

How have the local community responded?

“The local community has been supportive from the very beginning. The feedback we received during the voting was overwhelming, and we felt that even if we hadn’t won, the positive responses alone were more than enough. With so many 5-star reviews, we feel motivated and inspired every day.”

What's the next steps? 

“We plan to continue doing what we’re doing because the results show we’re on the right track. We always listen to our clients, take constructive feedback seriously, and constantly reflect to improve.”
